Thanks to internet, the world has connected closely. Thanks to Smart phone, life style of people has changed dramatically. Because of Covid-19, working style has changed wisely and effectively. With the advent of Generation Z, the tendency for work-life balance has increased.
Under the worldwide change with the speed never experienced by humans, the time has come for companies that don't change to disappear like Darwin's survival of the fittest.
The limit of economic supremacy has been seen in everywhere. People’s values have started to change variously. The idea of Minimalist has emerged. The time when we question what individual happiness is, has come.
